Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Cincinnati — formerly Cincinnati Camp Cedar — is a privately owned family Camp-Resort. These park rules and policies help keep every guest safe and make sure everyone has their Best Vacation Ever. Please review them before your stay.
Entrance onto the property of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Cincinnati constitutes permission for park management to photograph and/or video record any visitor while on the premises, and to use the resulting photographs, video, and likenesses for any lawful purpose — including advertising, promotion, publication, and social media — in any and all media, without compensation, credit, or acknowledgement to the visitor.
Guests waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let a park staff member know.
Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Cincinnati is privately owned. Camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. The guest assumes all risks and dangers incidental to camping in an outdoor environment, including specifically but not exclusively: the danger of being injured by insects, wildlife, or other animals; injury while participating in recreational activities such as swimming, use of the pools and splash areas, the jumping pillow, gaga ball, gem mining, wagon rides, playgrounds, golf carts, bicycles, and character interactions; and injury resulting from inclement weather or other acts of nature.
The guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she releases Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Cincinnati, its owners, officers, agents, and employees from all liability for loss of or damage to property and for injury to any person arising out of the use of the park’s facilities, and agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless against any claims resulting from loss or damage to property, or injury to any member of the family, guest, or visitor of the registered camper arising out of the use of the park’s facilities.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors in their care at all times. The park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
